Our products are covered by a Product Warranty on manufacturing defects only. The warranty period is thirty (30) days, from the date your order is delivered to you, as evidenced by your acknowledgement, or that of your representative, of receipt of the delivery by the courier company. You are advised to inspect and report any physical damage to your order on delivery and any damages must be duly reported to and acknowledged by the courier deliveryman before you accept the delivery, as the report will serve to support your claim for damages on the courier company.
In situations where a product has to be returned to TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD., the customer shall be responsible for the freight cost. TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. will bear the freight cost for returning a product to the customer, where applicable.
This warranty covers repair by TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. service centre. Any form of defect replacement(s) will be made without charge(s) to the purchaser if the defects are proven to be due to manufacturing defects, and provided that the purchase of the product was made from our online store , for we do not sell through retailers. Our decision on any free replacements shall be final and conclusive.
1. Accessories such as silicon linings and carry bags are not covered by our warranty.
2. This warranty will not cover damages resulting from:-
a) Normal wear off and tear of any and all parts,
b) Usage not in accordance with our user manual,
c) Any unauthorized disassembly, repairs, alterations or modifications,
d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused,
e) Rough handling,
f) Drop set or damage,
g) Damages caused by fire, floods and acts of God,
h) This warranty does not include chemical cleaning and general maintenance.
3. Violation of any of our Warranty Terms and Conditions will render this Warranty null and void, without any exception. The decision of TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. on this shall be final.
4. Any warranty claim made without documentary evidence of having purchased the item from us will not be entertained.
TEECY’s Disclaimer as set out in our website shall remain in force at all times, without any exception whatsoever.
We offer online payment for your convenience via PayPal.
PayPal & TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. will request personal information from the customers to complete the online payment transaction. It is in the customers’ interest that accurate personal information be provided to enable PayPal & TEECY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. to process their orders and payments correctly and promptly.
Any payment disputes arising between yourself and your credit card company from your online payment to us must be dealt with your credit card issuing bank and not with the management of TEECY. You should contact your credit card issuing bank should you suspect any fraudulent acts involving your credit card.

However, you must not amend or change your Delivery Address as furnished to us when you have placed your order or while your order is being delivered to you, from the time you have placed your order up to the time your order is received by you. We will not be responsible for any non-delivery or loses resulting from any change in your Delivery Address whilst your order is in transit to you.
